Sr. Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Performance & Revenue Growth:

• Ensure 100% recovery of committed collections each month from existing clients as per estimates.
• Achieve monthly sales invoice and order booking targets consistently.
• Independently close deals with clients by preparing quotations that ensure maximum profitability.
• Increase repeat business through relationship-building with existing clients and architects.

• Client & Architect Engagement:

• Regularly connect with architects through individual calls and meetings to build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct meetings and training sessions with sales executives; ensure at least two executives are independently operative.
• Organize and participate in society demos, architect events, and exhibitions to promote the brand and secure leads.
• Follow up with clients and architects post-events to convert leads into business.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue within approved budgets.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors and clients to reduce costs and increase margins.
• Conduct daily 10-minute stand-up meetings with Sales, Operations, and Back Office teams for alignment and progress tracking.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and submit (Memorandum of Understanding) MOUs for every work order, including company stamp/signature and client approval.
• Submit accurate billing copies to the accounts department in a timely manner.
• Attend two monthly review meetings with senior leadership and submit Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to upper management.
• Share accurate actual cash flow data (for the previous month) and estimated cash flow projections (for the current month) with the Accounts Department by the 30th/31st.

• Customer Satisfaction & Reputation Management:

• After project completion, obtain and manage customer feedback through Google reviews — minimum 5 and maximum 10 per month.
