Job Title: Production Manager uPVC Windows & Doors Manufacturing Location: Ankireddipalli, Hyderabad Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing (uPVC Windows & Doors) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager for our manufacturing unit located in Ankireddipalli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in aluminum fabrication , hands-on experience in uPVC windows & doors production , and solid plant operations knowledge . This role involves leading daily production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production activities of uPVC windows and doors. Experience of 5 - 10 years. Supervise plant operations, ensuring timely and quality-driven production. Manage and optimize aluminum and uPVC fabrication processes. Monitor production schedules, material requirements, and workflow coordination. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational targets. Collaborate with design, procurement, quality, and logistics teams. Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Identify and resolve technical issues impacting production efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in uPVC windows & doors . Strong technical knowledge in aluminum fabrication and associated machinery. Proven leadership experience in managing plant or shop floor teams. Good understanding of quality systems, safety protocols, and production KPIs. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).Strong problem-solving and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Location & Work Conditions: Work Location: Ankireddipalli, near Hyderabad.Candidate should preferably be based out of Hyderabad or willing to relocate. Preferred Attributes: Experience with automated machinery for uPVC/aluminum production.Knowledge of CNC machines, welding, routing, and assembly processes.
