Job Description

Material management (Material stock- audit), Store management, Scaffolding, Scrap management (Stock maintain report to senior management with sign) Organize workflow, manpower and ensure that labours understand their duties or delegated tasks Timely site handover and feedback form submission with Client sign compulsory Site activities as per approved drawing, MTO Site inspection (Quality, Material, Labour checking daily updated in daliy working report) Attending site visits other than alloted ongoing project On site daily stand up meeting with contractor & labour, attend weekly in office (Site presentation report and review) Planning and execution of sites without delay and Complition of work within deadlines Presentation of daily working with Contactor and labour(Asign daily task updated in daily working report) Taking measurement at site for final billing and submit to billing dep. Measuring and monitoring safety performance Maintain daily labours attedance records compulsory & monthly checking material stock on site with senior management sign (on every month end in last week) Compulsory attend weekly meeting, present work report and solving the problem of our site, solved problem inform to Project Manager Submit material Bills & actual expenses sheet on time as per date. (IOU) Working update 3 times in a day to upper management (On whats up group), Daily timing and working update on group and reply whats app message.
