We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr Facade Engineer to oversee and manage faade works for a landmark high-rise residential projects in Mumbai/Thane. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in faade systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation of all faade elements (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications. Supervise faade-related activities during execution and conduct quality inspections upon completion. Coordinate daily activities with contractors and assign work as per the project plan. Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and MEP teams on-site to maintain workflow synergy. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially during high-elevation works. Coordinate with design teams for drawing reviews, approvals, and revisions. Required Experience & Skills- Minimum 5+ years of experience in faade management with at least 2 years in high-rise residential or commercial projects. This role demands a deep understanding of faade materials, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies. The analyst will work closely with the estimation, design, and procurement teams to ensure that all estimates are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with project specifications and market conditions. Key Responsibilities: Interpret architectural and structural drawings, faade specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. Analyze costs related to faade materials (e.g., aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, gaskets, sealants), fabrication, logistics, and installation. Leverage historical project data and market trends to enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of estimates. Collaborate with procurement to maintain updated pricing databases for faade components and subcontractor services.
