Job Description

Hatchway Windoor

Identify and approach potential customers including architects, builders, interior designers, and end clients.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
Build a pipeline of residential and commercial prospects for LIXIL product sales.

2.Product Presentation & Quotation

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate LIXIL products (windows, doors, partitions, etc.).
Be present in showroom and showcase different products to clients
Share catalogues, explain features, and conduct site visits when needed.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.

3.Order Conversion & Coordination

Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and close orders in alignment with pricing policies.
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely documentation, PO collection, and customer confirmations.

4.Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle pre- and post-sales queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback to help improve product positioning and service quality.

Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence

Maintain records of daily calls, visits, leads, and conversions.
Share weekly/monthly sales reports with the manager.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Civil Engineering.
0 to 3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales preferably in building materials or fenestration industry.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand basic technical aspects of windows & doors.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
