Team collaboration, Supervision and Risk Mitigation:
1. Arranging work force required for site & Mentoring the subordinates
2. Maintaining quality control on all the sites.
3. Organize workflow and ensure that labours understand their duties or delegated tasks without shortage of material. Daily labour uniform, shoes and other equipment checking and reporting.
4. Coordination of Measurement with Clients for Site Survey and inform same to the Sales/ Back office team, Project coordinator/Project Manager.
5. Finding ways to prevent & previous problems and give proper solutions on sites.
6. Prepare WCS within 24 hours once Measurement received with 0 queries (Prepairng WCS in full details) with sign and date. Share WCS photos on whats app group.
7. Compelition of Site within deadlines and reorders and compulsory submit customer feedback form. After the closure once completion of Site, Responsible for getting back the remaining Material from the Site.
