Job Description

Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct initial rounds of interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person).
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Job Posting & Branding

Draft and post job descriptions on job boards, career pages, and social media.
Promote the company's employer brand during interactions with potential candidates.

Candidate Management

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collect and verify candidate documents.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Recruitment Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate periodic reports.
Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.
