Role & responsibilities

Full-Cycle

Recruitment
: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaboration
: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Sourcing

Candidates
: Utilize various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
Candidate

Assessment
: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate

Experience
: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Applicant

Tracking
: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Networking
: Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company brand and attract talent.
Skills
: Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical

Proficiency
: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation / Post Graduation
Minimum 1 + years of experience in jewelry / Retail preferred.
Good Communication skills
Language preferred: Kannada, English, Hindi
