Job Description

1. Understanding Requirements

Collect detailed job descriptions from overseas clients (Gulf).
Understand manpower requirements, skill sets, salary range, and joining timelines.

2. Sourcing Candidates

Source profiles through
Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Portals, and internal database
.
Use
Boolean search strings
and social media sourcing.
Network through referrals and industry contacts.

3. Screening & Shortlisting

Review and screen resumes to match client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Assess candidate communication skills, experience, and visa readiness.

4. Coordination with Clients

Send shortlisted CVs to clients for review and feedback.
Schedule client interviews (telephonic, video, or direct).
Follow up for selection, offer letters, and deployment.
Coordinate with travel and visa departments for processing.

6. Database & Reporting

Maintain an updated database of sourced and interviewed candidates.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports for management.

7. Offer & Joining Formalities

Coordinate salary negotiation and offer acceptance.
Ensure timely joining and mobilization to the overseas location.

8. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with overseas employers and project managers.
Handle client queries promptly and maintain service quality.
