Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting, ledgers, and reconciliations Oversee vendor payments, payroll, and receivables/payables Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports Conduct internal checks and support audits 2. GST & Tax Compliance Handle GST registration, filing, and reconciliation Prepare and file TDS and income tax returns on schedule Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments 3. Construction & Project Accounting Track project budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), and cost allocation Process and verify contractor/vendor bills and milestone-based payments Support project cost control and fund flow management 4. School / Institutional Accounting Manage school accounts, including fee collection, payroll, and daily operations Ensure compliance with audit and trust requirements Support management with budget planning and financial reports Desired Profile: Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience with GST, tax filing, and statutory compliance Prior experience in construction and educational institution accounting is mandatory Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP systems / Excel Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: GST: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
