Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food Production Commis - 1 (Indian) to join our team at Mango Hill. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine, with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
