Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education-

    Any diploma/Degree/Food & Beverage production certificate.
  • Experience

    - 5+ Years, Currently working as a sous chef in a star hotel or as Head Chef/Area Chef/Executive chef in QSR chains.
  • Cuisine Expertise

    : Must have experience in Indian and Chinese Cuisines
