Cuisine Expertise: Indian and Chinese.

Experience: 6(Six) +years.

Communication Skills: Tamil,Kannada,Hindi, English.
System Knowledge: Basic Excel, MS Word.

Education: Any Diploma/Degree/ F&B Production Certificate.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Chef to join our team in Chennai & Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian and Chinese cuisine, with extensive experience in high-pressure kitchen environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
• Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Diploma/Degree /Food & Beverage Production Certificate.
• Experience: 6+ years, currently working as a Sous Chef in a star hotel or as a Head Chef/Area Chef/Executive Chef in QSR chains.
• Cuisine Expertise: Must have experience in Indian and Chinese cuisines.

Position Details:

• Number of Positions: 2
• Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month

Preferred Candidates:

• Currently Located in Chennai and Bangalore with Bike and Driving License.
