Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in both process and finished products Manage trial or testing programs for products/services through the management of staff and assignment of staff and utilization of resources Budgeting and cost forecasting of technical development or research programs. Validate the various tests on the samples drawn and noting down observation in computer databases/register on timely manner. Discuss Daily test reports with Top Management on the performance of Laboratory Management Approve all test reports prepared by Sr. R&D Executive & R&D Executive and ensuring all lab personnel working as per laid down procedure Timely raise the Indent for availability of lab equipment and chemicals and follow Laboratory Quality Management System Instruct Sr. R&D Executive & R&D Executive to handle tools and equipments with care and use them in the correct way. Ensure that testing procedure are applied as per SOP. Prepare TDS (Technical Data Sheet) Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) Prepare test reports Record NEAR MISS in the workplace/site Ensure everyone use and maintain personal protective equipment such as nose mask hand gloves etc., as per protocol. Ensure that Personal belongings are placed on a separate place Ensure that First Aid is available when needed Ensure training strategy is being implemented by training personnel effectively.
