Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi I to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in South Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Conduct quality checks on food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commi I or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
