Job Description

1. Franchise Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize potential franchise partners in targeted regions.
  • Conduct market research to assess viable territories and potential locations.
  • Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion goals.
  • Manage the entire franchise onboarding process from inquiry, evaluation, agreement signing, to store launch.
  • Support franchisees in site selection, store design, layout, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation, agreements, and franchise fee collections.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of existing franchise outlets to ensure brand and service excellence.
  • Implement operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all stores.
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as sales performance, food cost, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits for quality, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
  • Guide franchise partners in manpower planning, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to brand policies, promotional activities, and marketing guidelines.

3. Training & Support

  • Develop and deliver training programs for franchise owners and store staff.
  • Provide continuous operational and marketing support to franchise partners.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings and share best practices across the franchise network.

4. Financial Performance

  • Review and analyze franchise store P&L statements.
  • Support franchisees in improving profitability through cost control and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Track royalty payments, franchise fees, and ensure timely settlements.

5. Business Expansion & Strategy

  • Contribute to the annual business plan and expansion roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for new formats, new product launches, or regional adaptation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for regional campaigns and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and local authorities for smooth operations.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide regular reports on franchise performance, expansion pipeline, and operational challenges.
  • Liaise between the corporate team and franchise partners for consistent communication and alignment.
  • Ensure that brand reputation and customer experience remain uniform across all outlets.
