Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bakery ,Cafe & FMCG Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our multiple outlets and back-end production unit. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate outlet operations, streamline production, manage customer satisfaction, and ensure overall excellence in service and quality. Key Responsibilities: Outlet Management: Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all outlets Ensure consistent quality, service, and cleanliness standards Track outlet performance, including sales, footfall, and customer feedback Production Coordination: Act as a liaison between outlets and the central kitchen/production unit Forecast demand based on sales trends and ensure timely supply Maintain production schedules and reduce waste/loss Customer Experience & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback from all channels (in-person, online, reviews) Implement improvement strategies based on insights Train outlet teams to deliver exceptional customer service Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead outlet managers, supervisors, and support staff Conduct regular performance reviews and team training Facilitate smooth communication between front-end (outlets) and back-end (production) Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels across all outlets and central kitchen Ensure timely procurement and reduce overstock or shortages Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate better pricing/quality Reporting & Strategy: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for all units Develop and implement SOPs, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives Assist in new outlet planning and expansion strategy Requirements: Proven experience managing F&B operations, ideally in bakery or QSR Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or POS/ERP systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Leadership quality .
