Cluster Manager

As a candidate for this position with one of Weekday's clients, you will be responsible for leading teams of Branch, Relationship, and Customer Service Managers. Your role will involve driving business growth, sales productivity, and compliance across branches. You will oversee loan disbursal, credit checks, and collection management, including NPAs. Building strategic partnerships with builders and channel partners through networking and marketing will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be managing branch operations and administrative oversight to ensure profitability, risk control, and a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Leading teams of Branch, Relationship, and Customer Service Managers. - Driving business growth, sales productivity, and compliance across branches. - Overseeing loan disbursal, credit checks, and collection management, including NPAs. - Building strategic partnerships with builders and channel partners through networking and marketing. - Managing branch operations and administrative oversight. - Ensuring profitability, risk control, and a strong customer experience. Please note that the salary range for this position is between Rs 1400000 to Rs 1800000 per annum (i.e., INR 14-18 LPA). The minimum experience required for this role is 7 years.
