Navi Mumbai. ⏰Should be Flexible work time or shifts ⏰ Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Pastry Commi-I & II at LOYKA Cloud Kitchen in Navi Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as baking, cooking, and ensuring bakery hygiene standards are met to create gourmet delicacies. Key responsibilities 🌟Prepare ingredients Cake, desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods. 🌟Assist in making doughs, batters, creams, fillings. 🌟Bake various items according to recipes and instructions. 🌟Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with precision and creativity. 🌟Work closely with the pastry chef and other kitchen staff. 🌟Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency. Qualifications Bakery and Baking skills Creativity Skills Hygiene standards in baking Experience in cooking Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Completion of a culinary or pastry program is preferred Show more Show less
