Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Drive sales and revenue targets across assigned projects/locations within the cluster
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and market trends
  • Build and manage channel partner and broker networks
  • Ensure effective lead management and customer engagement

Operations & Project Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sites/projects
  • Ensure timely project execution in coordination with construction, legal, and CRM teams
  • Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA norms, and legal guidelines

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers, site heads, and support teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
  • Ensure manpower planning and optimal resource utilization

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Support new project launches and expansion initiatives within the cluster

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Address escalations and resolve critical customer issues
  • Strengthening brand reputation through superior customer experience

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12- 18 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects or locations
  • Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

  • Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
