Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business in the assigned territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth through new opportunities and referrals.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements :

5-7 years of experience in area sales or field sales management in the Real Estate Industry.
1 Year on Minimum Team management Experience is a Must.
Proven track record of achieving targets and growing business through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal teams (sales) external parties (customers).
