Lead and manage a team of sales and service associates within a designated cluster (city or region).
Drive achievement of
monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
for property listings, sales, and revenue.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure high productivity and quality service.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategies for growth within the cluster.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, field, legal, customer support) for smooth execution of processes.
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand business presence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards.
Prepare and submit
performance reports, forecasts, and action plans
to senior management.
Resolve escalations, address team challenges, and improve customer satisfaction continuously.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to scale the cluster team effectively.
ork Mode: Work from Field (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, mumbai
Salary: 3 LPA 8 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)
