Own and manage the final steps of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and successful deal closures. Build strong relationships with prospective customers to understand needs and drive conversions. Work closely with Sales Executives/BDRs to support qualified leads through final negotiation and contract signing. Overcome last-minute objections and provide solutions aligned with company offerings. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Track and report key performance metrics like close rate, revenue per deal, and average sales cycle. Collaborate with onboarding, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal statuses in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on common objections and competitor insights.
