Luxury Closing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HNI & UHNI clients with a consultative sales approach
  • Conduct personalized site visits and private property walkthroughs
  • Present luxury projects with a strong focus on lifestyle, design, and exclusivity.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and final closures.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for seamless transactions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and high service standards.
  • Achieve high-value sales targets while delivering superior client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in

    Luxury / Premium Residential Closing

  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket transactions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer behavior and expectations.
  • Well-groomed, professional demeanor with strong brand representation.
  • Market knowledge of premium micro-markets
