Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding key business priorities and aligning HR support accordingly.
Drive the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Lead and support end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with business needs.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, etc.) to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Guide and support leaders in handling complex people matters, including disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and grievances.
Lead or support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Monthly Multiple Site Visits.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Agile, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry experience in Real Estate is preferred.
Experience managing HR in a large or matrixed organization.
