Job Description

Senior Executive - HRBP
Job Summary:

The Senior Executive - HRBP will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business units, focusing on employee engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to understand their HR needs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of business HR practices and employee engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
