About the Role:

Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between employees and management through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Conduct regular employee connects to foster an open and supportive culture.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and belonging.
  • Identify early signs of attrition and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees to share concerns, raise grievances, or seek HR support.
  • Provide timely updates on HR policies and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes fairly and effectively.
  • Partner with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
  • Control attrition and enhance employee retention through targeted interventions.
  • Increase employee efficiency and productivity by aligning performance management with business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with Phenoms values and mission.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
