Job Description

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, account growth, and campaign execution in the role of a Client Servicing Manager at Bestow in Vadodara. You will act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams, striving to build and maintain lasting relationships while understanding client needs and ensuring project success. By identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic roadmaps, and aligning projects with client goals, you will contribute to the company's success. Collaborating with various teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and providing data-driven insights will be key aspects of your role. With a focus on client satisfaction, strategic account management, and project coordination, you will play a crucial role in keeping clients ahead of the curve in the branding, marketing, and advertising industry. Your responsibilities will include: Client Relationship Management: - Serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. - Establishing and nurturing strong, enduring relationships with key clients. - Conducting regular meetings to comprehend client objectives, challenges, and expectations. Strategic Account Management: - Identifying opportunities for account growth and service upselling. - Creating strategic plans for brand positioning and campaign implementation. - Ensuring project outcomes align with client objectives and yield measurable results. Project Execution & Coordination: - Collaborating with creative, research, and digital teams to implement campaigns. - Supervising timelines, budgets, and deliverables for smooth project execution. - Proactively addressing client concerns and offering solutions. Insights & Reporting: - Monitoring campaign performance and presenting insights to clients. - Offering data-driven suggestions for brand enhancement. - Keeping abreast of industry trends to keep clients informed and ahead in the competitive market. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Over 4 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, or marketing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently. - Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer insights. - Experience in working with research-driven brand strategies would be advantageous.,
