Role Responsibilities Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase account growth and client longevity. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by promoting Neuraleap solutions. Conduct regular business reviews and account evaluations with clients to ensure alignment with their objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per account. Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare and present reports regarding client activity and performance to senior management. Address and resolve conflicts and customer issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM tools. Train and support junior team members in client relationship strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. Participate in networking events to establish and foster new client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mentality. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to travel as required for client meetings. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive skills. Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Adaptability to changing environments and evolving client needs. Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision making. Strong conflict resolution skills.
