Salary Range

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision and execution across our restaurant chain. This role focuses on leveraging technology to enhance guest experience, improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support scalable growth across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across restaurants and corporate functions

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies relevant to the hospitality industry

Restaurant Operations Technology

• Oversee POS systems (Pet pooja), kitchen display systems (KDS), inventory, and supply-chain tools

• Ensure seamless integration between POS, online ordering, delivery aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato), and CRM systems

• Improve speed, accuracy, and reliability of in-store and back-of-house operations

Digital & Customer Experience

• Own technology platforms for online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty programs, and payment systems

• Manage integrations and performance of Swiggy and Zomato online aggregators

• Use data insights to enhance customer personalization, retention, and engagement

• Ensure high uptime and performance of all customer-facing platforms

Data & Analytics

• Build dashboards and reports for sales, inventory, labor, and customer analytics

• Enable data-driven decisions for pricing, menu optimization, and expansion planning

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure data security, PCI compliance, and protection of customer information

• Manage system access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation

Team & Vendor Management

• Build and manage internal tech teams or coordinate with external vendors and partners

• Manage technology budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations

• Ensure timely delivery of technology projects across all locations
