We’re hiring a Founding Engineer / Platform Architect/CTO for our client (Code Name: SYNC), a next-generation AI platform company being launched with a bold ambition: to build the System of Context for Customer Experience (CX).

This is a founding, high-leverage role for deeply experienced engineers who have built and scaled complex platforms and now want to shape an entire category—not just another product.

You will be part of the initial technical leadership, defining the architecture, platform boundaries, and engineering principles for an AI-native intelligence fabric that unifies AI agents, human agents, CRMs, CCaaS platforms, and enterprise workflows in real time.

🔧 What You’ll Work On

Platform & Architecture

● Architect the core System of Context / Intelligence Fabric

● Define how real-time signals, events, and state propagate across systems

● Design for scale, extensibility, resilience, and acquisition-driven growth AI-Native Systems

● Enable orchestration between AI agents and human workflows

● Support real-time reasoning, feedback loops, and decision intelligence

● Collaborate on platform primitives that power AI-driven experiences Enterprise Integration & Interoperability

● Design deep integrations with CCaaS, CRM, data platforms, and enterprise systems

● Enable adoption without disrupting existing enterprise infrastructure

● Build APIs, connectors, and abstraction layers for partners and integrations Founding Technical Leadership

● Act as a technical thought partner to founders and executive leadership

● Establish early engineering standards, principles, and culture

● Mentor senior engineers and help scale the engineering organization over time

✅ What We’re Looking For

● 12–20 years of experience building large-scale, distributed, enterprise-grade systems

● Proven track record in platform architecture, systems design, or backend engineering

● Deep understanding of real-time systems, event-driven architectures, and APIs

● Experience designing platforms meant to operate across multiple enterprise systems

● Exposure to AI-enabled platforms, orchestration layers, or intelligence systems

● Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping problems from first principles

● Founder-level ownership mindset: high agency, low ego, long-term thinking

⚠️ Tech stack is intentionally not prescriptive.

This role will drive technology choices, not inherit them. Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, distributed systems, streaming, and orchestration frameworks is expected.

● Prior experience in CX, CCaaS, CRM, or enterprise workflow platforms

● Experience working in acquisition-led or platform consolidation environments

● Exposure to AI agents, LLM orchestration, or context-aware systems
