About the Role

ZoCode.Club is looking for a founding CTO

What you'll do

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap
• Design scalable, secure architectures for web, app, and AI-enabled products
• Lead

  all client project execution

  end-to-end (delivery, quality, timelines)
• Drive development of

  internal products and platforms

• Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and tools

• Build and mentor technical teams; set coding and delivery standards

• Collaborate closely with founders on product, growth, and execution

• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation

What we're looking for

• Strong software development background with hands-on experience
• Proven experience in system architecture and scalable product design
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Product-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in

  AI/ML in any capacity

  (implementation, integration, or applied use)
• Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments
