We’re Hiring: CTO / Technical Co-Founder

Full-Time | Equity Based | High Ownership Role

🔥 About This Role

This is not a job, it’s a co-founder responsibility.

The CTO will own technology, AI roadmap, mobile & backend architecture, scalability, security, and long-term product vision of Jobipo.

💼 Key Responsibilities

As CTO / Technical Co-Founder, you will:

• Take complete ownership of Jobipo’s technology & product roadmap

• Act as final authority on all technical decisions

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architecture

• Build systems capable of handling lakhs to millions of users

• Lead AI/ML adoption for:

• Job matching & recommendations

• Resume parsing & candidate ranking

• Fraud detection & automation

• Own backend, mobile apps, APIs & cloud infrastructure

• Lead React Native mobile app architecture & development

• Ensure 99.9% uptime, data privacy & performance

• Build, mentor & manage the engineering team

• Define coding standards, reviews & best practices

• Plan 3–5 year technical & AI vision

• Work closely with CEO on growth, monetization & product strategy

• Handle production issues & critical technical escalations

• Operate with a startup-first, flexible & ownership mindset

🛠 Required Technical Expertise

• 8–9+ years of hands-on development experience

• Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel (architecture level)

• Solid experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, etc.)

• Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts & practical use cases

• Recommendation systems

• NLP (resume parsing, search, matching)

• Data-driven decision systems

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development

• Strong system design & scalability knowledge

• Database optimization (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

• API & third-party integrations

• DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring & security

• Proven experience delivering multiple live, scalable products
