2. Trading Automation & AI-Driven Execution

• Develop and optimize

  real-time trading automation algorithms

• Implement

  AI-powered trade execution and monitoring tools

  .
• Ensure seamless

  integration with broker APIs (DHAN, Zerodha Kite, Angel One, Upstox, etc.)

  .

3. Backend & Frontend Development Oversight

• Architect, build, and manage backend systems using

  Python, Node.js, Django, or FastAPI

  .
• Ensure the

  React.js frontend

  delivers a seamless user experience for traders.
• Optimize

  high-frequency and low-latency trade execution pipelines

  .

4. Cloud & Infrastructure Scalability

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on

  AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

  .
• Optimize

  server performance, real-time data processing, and API reliability

  .
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes/Docker for deployment

  .

5. Data & AI-Driven Insights

• Leverage

  AI/ML models for predictive trading analytics and trade monitoring

  .
• Develop

  data pipelines for real-time market analysis and backtesting

  .
• Implement

  big data solutions for trade execution insights

  .

6. Team Management & Hiring

• Build and lead a

  high-performing tech team

  of developers and engineers.
• Foster a

  culture of innovation, collaboration, and agile development

• Conduct

  technical training, performance reviews, and mentorship programs
