Your Experience at a Glance We are looking for a skilled and people-focused India Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Bengaluru office and serve as the key liaison to EXVIA’s global HQ. You will play a central role in maintaining a positive team culture, driving team discipline and punctuality, and ensuring high operational standards as the India team continues to grow. This is a leadership position with full ownership of local operations — from onboarding and scheduling to infrastructure and escalation management. About EXVIA (Client Code Name) EXVIA is a global sports data company delivering real-time, AI-powered analytics platforms to the cricket and football industry . Their systems are used by digital platforms, broadcasters, and sports federations to enhance fan engagement and data accuracy across matches worldwide. Key Responsibilities Act as the local of fi ce head and serve as a bridge between India operations and HQ Manage daily operations and enforce global standards, attendance, and shift discipline Facilitate a positive and productive of fi ce culture and employee experience Own onboarding, induction, and compliance protocols for new hires Coordinate with HQ on policy rollouts, team feedback, and performance escalations Support IT setup and infrastructure readiness with internal teams or vendors Drive process improvements and suggest operational enhancements to leadership Handle employee issues with discretion, empathy, and accountability Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience in operations, people management, or admin leadership Excellent communication in English ; clear and confident in verbal and written form Comfortable working with Western/global teams and clients Strong leadership skills and team-building experience Prior exposure to fast-paced tech, data, or sports-related work environments is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred (not mandatory) A passion for cricket or sports is a great cultural fit Why Join EXVIA?
