Your Experience at a Glance

We are hiring a Product Owner for a client engagement in the Contact Centre

as a Service (CCaaS) domain. As part of the RIGO team, you will play a pivotal

role in shaping the platform roadmap, ensuring it is intuitive, reliable, and

scalable for mid-market customers while empowering partners and operations

teams.

You will bridge product vision with engineering and operations execution —

simplifying provisioning, improving observability, and ensuring a seamless

end-to-end experience for admins, customers, and internal teams.

For this role, you will join a strategic CCaaS project, contributing to the

development of a modern, voice-led, multi-channel platform at enterprise scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the CCaaS platform roadmap, with focus on discovery, provisioning, usability, manageability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create intuitive admin and configuration workflows for customers, partners, and operations teams.
  • Ensure monitoring and observability are built into the platform for proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps to improve platform performance, particularly for voice and AI-integrated workflows.
  • Champion the end-to-end customer experience — provisioning, onboarding, usage, and support.
  • Enable internal teams (support, onboarding, channel) with platform features that reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Define and track metrics such as provisioning time, uptime, admin satisfaction, and time-to-resolution.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience in CCaaS, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven success leading platform initiatives in multi-tenant environments.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel communications, contact centre workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working closely with DevOps, engineering, and support teams on scalability and automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
