Your Mission

You will own the entire Technology roadmap — from shaping architecture to leading the product from MVP → scalable platform. Build, innovate, ship, iterate.

What You Will Build

• Full LMS system

  : mock test engine, scores, rankings, insights
•  Content distribution + subscription infrastructure
•  Adaptive analytics powered by data & behavioral insights
•  High-performance mobile & web applications
•  Secure payment + user management systems
•  AI-driven learning experiences (future roadmap)

Role Responsibilities

• Architect and build the complete tech stack from scratch
•  Lead product development cycles with agility and clarity
•  Develop mobile (Android/iOS) + responsive web experiences
•  Manage deployment, security, and scalability
•  Build & lead a future tech team (engineers, analysts, AI experts)
•  Contribute actively to product strategy & business decisions

We believe you may be the ideal candidate if you possess the following qualifications:

•  Proven experience in

  full-stack development, including proficiency in JavaScript

  , Node.js, Python, React Native, Next.js, AWS, Firebase, or equivalent technologies.
•  A history of building platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technology (Ed-Tech) or test series applications, and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms with analytics dashboards.
•  A strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), performance optimization, and user-centric design principles.
•  A mindset akin to a founder, characterized by strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and a relentless pursuit of execution.
•  A solid foundation in databases, integrations, and security measures.
•  A readiness to invest time, technical leadership, and capital into a high-growth vision.
