Role Description This is a full-time/hybrid on-site role for a Marketing Associate located in Gurugram. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, supporting sales activities, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team, analysing market trends, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication of marketing strategies. Printing 1- Strong Knowledge of flexo Narrow web press , press Calibration , Standardization of Press curve , Dot gain and TVI Value Calibration. 2- Strong Knowledge of Screen printing , Foil and other decoration . 3- Strong Knowledge of digital printing and Cloud base application 4- Strong Knowledge of print Material – PP , PE , paper. 5- Knowledge of understand the print related test chart and requirement – G7, GMi, fogra, 6- Hands on knowledge of print Production activity plate Mounting , inks, Make ready, print , Approval. Ink 1- Strong Knowledge of Complete CMS method with ISO 15247. 2- Strong Knowledge of lab Value Delta Value and Grey Scale Print Method. 3- Strong Knowledge of understanding the ink behaviour on the flexo press . Prepress 1- Strong Knowledge of plates mounting machine and mounting tapes with print behaviour.
