We are now seeking a world-class Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product vision, execution, and cross-functional strategy as we scale globally.

THE OPPURTUNITY

We are looking to hire a Chief Product Officer with deep expertise in artificial intelligence to lead our product vision and innovation strategy. The ideal candidate will bring end-to-end experience in building and scaling AI-driven products, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies, user experience, and market trends. This role requires both technical fluency and strategic foresight to shape our roadmap and deliver breakthrough solutions. This is a defining leadership role for a visionary product executive who thrives at the convergence of content, AI, UGC platforms, and monetization ecosystems. As CPO, you will architect the evolution of Eros Universe from a cinematic platform into a category-defining product that rivals the best of YouTube, TikTok, and OpenAI-powered creation tools.

You will:

- Define and own the end-to-end product vision across Creator Tools, AI Studio, IP Management, CMS, Monetization, and Community Experience.

- Lead teams across product management, UX/design, and data insights to translate our vision into shippable, measurable experiences.

- Partner with engineering, AI research, revenue, and content operations to deliver high-growth products that balance innovation, compliance, and user delight.

- Be a champion of ethical AI, personalization, and culturally inclusive experiences.

KEY RESPONSBLITIES

- Build and lead the multi-year product strategy for Eros Universe across mobile, web, OTT, and super app surfaces.

- Design and launch next-gen creator tools (text-to-video, AI remix studio, voice cloning, avatar sync, etc.).

- Evolve the IP rights engine and branded content integration framework.

- Define the product stack to support dynamic CMS, DAM integration, real-time content analytics, and multilingual workflows.

- Collaborate on monetization design: token mechanics, tipping systems, ad formats, and creator payments.

- Guide UX strategy with cinematic fluidity, cultural fidelity, and creator utility in mind.

- Build a high-caliber product management team and operational excellence layer.

- Partner with the CRO, CTO, and Studio heads to align product with platform economics.

IDEAL PROFILE

- 12+ years of product leadership, including 5+ in senior executive capacity

- Deep experience building and scaling global content platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Netflix, Spotify, Snap, etc.)

- Strong track record in launching AI-powered or creator economy tools

- Understanding of content IP licensing, digital media rights, and platform infrastructure

- Proven ability to operate across zero-to-one and scale-up product stages

- Sharp intuition for design, storytelling, culture, and community growth

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical AI and user-first systems
