Chief Product Officer

As a Product Manager at Easebuzz Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a compelling product strategy that aligns with the company's growth targets and IPO roadmap. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to ensure product relevance, optimize market fit, and anticipate industry trends. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment. Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and regulatory teams will be essential to drive successful product launches and updates. Regulatory compliance is a key aspect of this role, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with RBI and other regulatory standards, particularly regarding PCI DSS, data security, and financial protocols. Establishing and tracking key product metrics to measure success, optimize product performance, and support data-driven decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in managing and developing cross-functional product teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results. You should have familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance standards, including PCI DSS, as well as strong knowledge of security protocols. Strategic and analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech preferred) or an MBA, are also required.
