Position Overview

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a listed manufacturing company, be adept at managing complex financial operations, and bring proven expertise in capital raising, investor relations, ERP systems, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic financial input to the CEO, Board, and senior management.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee MIS reporting, costing, and variance analysis for better decision-making.
• Drive profitability improvement initiatives, working closely with operations and sales teams.

Capital Management & Fund Raising

• Lead efforts in raising debt and equity capital, including negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Manage working capital efficiently, optimizing cash flow and cost of capital.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and analysts.

Investor Relations & Compliance

• Prepare and deliver investor presentations, quarterly results commentary, and shareholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements for listed companies.
• Drive adherence to corporate governance standards and internal controls.

ERP & Digital Transformation

• Spearhead ERP implementation or upgrades to strengthen financial processes and analytics.
• Promote automation and data-driven decision-making across finance functions.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Education:

   Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

• Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience

   in finance, with at least

  5-7 years as a CFO or Head of Finance

   in a

  listed manufacturing company
