The Opportunity:

An exceptional career opportunity for innovative, committed, and forward-looking individual to create transformational value in Finance Function.

He/she will lead the finance function, ensuring budget adherence, cost optimization, and alignment of financial strategies with operational and commercial goals to drive efficiency. A key focus will be on asset management and liquidation, including evaluating underperforming assets, driving divestment strategies, and unlocking capital to support business priorities. The role involves coordinating business plans with the leadership team to enable strategic, data-driven decisions. The incumbent will oversee vendor payments, lead procurement negotiations for cost-effective outcomes, and maintain strict control over capital expenditures. Ensuring SOP adherence, statutory compliance, and audit readiness will be central to sustaining financial and operational excellence. The role also entails managing cross-functional teams, driving digitalization initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate be Chartered Accountant with 7 years of experience in general finance or any relevant finance function
• They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication
• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts are required attributes for this role.
