The CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, cost control, and strategic decision-making, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead the finance and accounts team across budgeting, MIS, audits, and reporting. Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital efficiency. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act). Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Oversee costing, inventory control, and margin analysis specific to manufacturing. Implement robust internal controls and ERP-based financial systems. Provide strategic inputs to the Board and contribute to business expansion planning. Evaluate and manage financial risks and investment opportunities. Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or MBA in Finance (preferred from a reputed institute). Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance and accounts; at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector . Strong understanding of financial operations, direct & indirect taxation, and cost control in a factory setup. Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, etc.).
