Manager – Finance to handle the overall management and supervision of the accounting department with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting. He will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, assistance with end-of-month close, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. Forecast and manage the cash flow of the company. Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are done periodically and verified as per the policies and procedures of the company. Monitoring Cash flow on the operations of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses. Ensuring fulfilment of all requisite formalities, preparation of papers/ documents for effective funding, overdraft facilities, bank guarantee & loans. Liaising with various government departments, ensuring smooth business operations. Compiling of formalities and ensuring timely payment of statutory payments including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI etc. Support business requirements including providing information, trackers, MIS etc. Support month-close activities, Internal and External Audits, BS reconciliation etc. Preparing audit program for Internal audit covering core areas to be reviewed by the auditors and follow up on significant and material deviations in consultation with junior staff and colleagues to overcome the same. Ensure compliance with the Parent company's internal operating guidelines and assist group auditors in testing compliance. Coordinating with Statutory Auditors and handling their queries related thereto. Preparation of Annual Financial Statements viz; Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Notes to Accounts and various other relevant statements and Schedules forming part of Annual Financial Information in accordance with Revised Schedule VI requirements (XBRL format) for statutory audit. Providing information to Transfer Pricing auditors related to international transactions in coordination with the Parent company and other transacting overseas corporate bodies to enable auditors to form opinions on various methods applied to arrive at international transaction value. Ensuring timely completion of Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing audit Ensuring Direct tax compliance viz payment and filing of e-TDS and Returns, etc. Ensuring Indirect Taxation compliance viz appropriate and timely payment of taxes and filing of GST returns. Head of Finance Reports to: Functional reporting to Global CFO and Country Manager for administrative matters Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Band: L2/L3 Position Summary: We are seeking a CFO responsible for forecasting the organization's financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams and advising the CEO and Global teams on strategic direction. This role includes ensuring timely statutory compliance deliverables, monthly reporting, tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. As a member of senior management, the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires clear and effective communication skills. He will work closely with and administratively report to the Country Manager and functionally report to the Global CFO.
