Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning:

Formulate and execute financial strategies to support long-term business objectives. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes to ensure financial stability and profitability.

• Project Finance & Fundraising:

Oversee financial planning for solar energy projects, including feasibility analysis and cost optimization. Manage debt syndication, equity funding, and private equity investments, ensuring timely financial closures.

• Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

Supervise liquidity, working capital, and investment strategies to ensure optimal fund utilization. Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable credit terms.

• Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:

Build strong rapport with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Lead investor presentations, ensure transparent communication, and represent the company in financial discussions and reviews.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with statutory regulations. Implement internal controls and governance standards to safeguard company assets.

• Risk Management & Governance:

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Establish robust policies to ensure ethical compliance, regulatory adherence, and organizational accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / M.Com with 20 – 25 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Proven experience in project finance, fundraising, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Tally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹416,666.00 per month
