Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our brand's presence on Amazon India and international marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end account handling, including listings, ad campaigns, keyword optimization, and FBA/FBM operations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Seller Central and has hands-on experience managing product performance across categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, images, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords
• Run and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) to improve ACoS and conversions
• Ensure inventory planning and order fulfillment for FBA and FBM models
• Analyze performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, sales, reviews, etc.) and create reports
• Handle Buy Box strategies, returns, refunds, and account health
• Coordinate with design, pricing, and content teams to launch new products
• Expand listings to international marketplaces like Amazon US, UK, UAE (if applicable)
• Stay updated on Amazon policies, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central management
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and catalog uploads
• Experience managing both FBA and FBM models
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Brand Analytics
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Flipkart, Meesho, or other marketplaces
• Exposure to the international Amazon marketplaces
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or any basic editing tools
• Amazon Ads certification is a plus
