Amazon E-commerce Specialist

We are hiring an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage online sales channels like Amazon and other marketplaces. This role focuses on product listing, order handling, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• List and update products on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, and images
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate dispatch and delivery
• Handle customer queries and order-related issues
• Track inventory and update stock regularly
• Assist with pricing updates and offers
• Maintain marketplace performance and ratings
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports
• Follow marketplace rules and policies

Requirements

• Experience in online marketplace operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of Seller Central / marketplace dashboards
• Good communication skills
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,745.56 - ₹30,450.10 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Amazon E-commerce Specialist: 2 years (Required)
