Job Description Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Plan and schedule compelling content Monitor engagement and optimize performance Run targeted paid campaigns to maximize reach and ROI Google Ads & PPC Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI Conduct A/B testing on ads for performance improvements Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies Conduct keyword research and optimize content Develop high-quality backlinks Follow technical SEO best practices Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report key metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. Analyse performance data and make data-driven recommendations Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for tracking Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and SEO Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation (preferred) Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
