About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Retail Advisory – Dealers for leading broking firms across multiple metro locations. This is a terminal-based role where you will operate from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM for order punching and focus on client acquisition & servicing post-market hours.

You must have an existing client base and a proven track record in retail advisory. This role is not sales-focused—our priority is candidates with strong advisory experience in the broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate from the trading terminal during market hours (9:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Punch client orders accurately and promptly
• Acquire new clients and manage relationships post-market hours
• Bring in and service your own client accounts
• Provide advisory services based on client investment goals and market trends
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification – Mandatory
Background in retail advisory – avoid purely sales profiles
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in broking (no banking profiles)
Age limit for frontline roles: Up to 35 years
Proven client base and strong relationship management skillsPreference for stable profiles (no frequent job changes or career gaps)

Interview Process:

• All L1 interviews will be in-person at the respective branch locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
