Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Fintech

Location: Jaipur and Worli, Mumbai

We are a fast-growing player in the digital lending and fintech ecosystem, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This is a crucial role responsible for shaping the financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all business verticals.

Provide strategic insights to support new initiatives and expansion.

Financial Operations & Control

Manage all finance operations: accounting, treasury, taxation, and audits.

Ensure strong internal controls and governance frameworks.

Drive timely and compliant financial reporting (RBI/NBFC guidelines, Ind-AS).

Optimize liquidity and working capital management.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead equity, debt, and structured fundraising efforts.

Build strong relationships with investors, lenders, and rating agencies.

Present financial performance and projections to the board and stakeholders.

Regulatory & Risk Management

Ensure end-to-end compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Oversee enterprise risk management across credit, market, and operational risk.

Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal teams.

Strategic Leadership

Work closely with the CEO to drive business growth strategies.

Advance digital transformation and automation across finance functions.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Support profitability analysis, pricing strategy, and business model innovation.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of the fintech/NBFC/BFSI ecosystem

Expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, valuation

In-depth knowledge of Ind-AS, RBI compliance, regulatory reporting

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving mindset

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

High integrity and strong business acumen.

Qualifications & Experience

CA or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute

12–20 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in fintech, NBFC, or BFSI

Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy

Experience with digital finance platforms, analytics, and automation is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
